Cancellation and Refunds Policy

This policy explains how DevOpsJobsList handles cancellations, charge issues, moderation-related outcomes, and refund requests for digital services.

General rule

Because DevOpsJobsList sells digital services, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased entitlement has been consumed, delivered, or used to publish or promote a listing.

When refunds may be considered

  • duplicate or accidental duplicate payment for the same order
  • technical failure on our side that prevents the purchased service from being delivered
  • approved cancellation before the paid entitlement is used or published
  • other exceptional cases reviewed by the billing team at its discretion

When refunds are usually not available

  • where a job post has already been published or materially processed
  • where a subscription period has already started and benefits were available for use
  • where rejection or moderation is caused by inaccurate, prohibited, misleading, or policy-violating content supplied by the customer

How to request cancellation or refund review

Email [email protected] with your registered email address, company name, payment reference, and a short explanation of the request.

Where possible, send the request within 7 calendar days of the payment date so the billing team can review the transaction while records and entitlements are current.

Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment rail. Final settlement timing depends on the bank, card network, UPI app, or processor involved.
