Hybrid working

The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

As part of a delivery team, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Build and maintain cloud platforms with a high degree of focus on automation and innovation.
  • Embrace modern ways of working and contribute to customer outcomes through agile-type sprints.
  • Strengthen and bolster your platform engineering capabilities through professional training, certifications, and experiences.
  • Collaborate and influence iterative Capgemini offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in platform engineering, particularly with Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and VCS such as GitHub.
  • Ability to demonstrate tangible experience of end-to-end delivery.
  • Requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
  • To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
  • Successful candidates will go through pre-employment checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, 3 years of employment history, and an unspent criminal record check.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Databricks or Splunk.
  • Background in infrastructure and networking.
  • Experience working in an Agile manner.
