Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years' experience in Cloud/DevOps/SRE with hands-on delivery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with Terraform, including modules, state management, and policy controls
- CI/CD implementation experience with Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab, including automated testing and promotion
- Containers and orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm, or equivalent deployment tooling
- MLOps fundamentals and tooling exposure, with Vertex AI preferred, including model registry, deployment patterns, and monitoring/drift concepts
- DataOps/pipeline orchestration experience with Cloud Composer/Airflow and strong SQL knowledge, with BigQuery preferred
- Strong programming/scripting skills with Python and Bash
- Solid Linux fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or other regulated environments, including controls, audit, SDLC, and change management

- Experience with platform engineering patterns, including golden paths, self-service, and reusable modules/templates
- Experience with data modeling and analytics engineering
